A unique 28 Day program aimed at supporting clients to address the problem of agoraphobia. The program incorporates CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) training and intensive support from an expert therapist. Research suggests that CBT is one of the effective ways of managing agoraphobia.

Training is delivered online by email. Therapist support may be email or instant chat.

Borders 28 Day programs are available to clients around the world. They include a email contact with a therapist, tasks and activities, and a 45-minute instant chat or email session every 7 days which offers an opportunity to assess progress, explore any challenges and agree on your next step.
